What you will be working on
The Job Holder will join the Planning and Organisation Division's Strategic Planning Directorate, which oversees strategic planning, corporate planning and organisational performance management across MHA, ensuring plans align with MHA's key priorities and outcomes. The Directorate helps prepare MHA for the future through both long-term and short-term planning functions, with Home Team Transformation (HTT) serving as the long-term planning framework for MHA.
The Job Holder will be part of the team that drives key workstreams focused on monitoring HTT progress and maintaining transformation momentum through strategic communications, engagement with MHA officers, and promotion of HTT across various platforms. In this role, he/she will develop strategies and initiatives to support and facilitate MHA agencies in their transformation journey, and conceptualise approaches to monitor HTT progress and sustain transformation efforts throughout the HT.
Key deliverables include facilitating MHA Headquarters Divisions in the development of cross-cutting transformation plans that would deliver strategic benefits to the whole MHA, designing structures and mechanisms to systematically track transformation milestones and outcomes across all MHA agencies, and developing targeted communications and engagement strategies to sustain awareness, understanding, and buy-in of HTT across the HT.
The Job Holder will also be required to handle other Strategic Planning workstreams assigned.

- Good conceptualisation, analytical and critical-thinking skills;
- Good project management skills;
- Good verbal and written communications skills;
- Ability to work independently and proactively;
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and coordinate efforts across different MHA agencies; and
- Characteristics of a strong team player who is able to build and maintain good relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
