We welcome you to join our team as: SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER FAMILY PROTECTION & SUPPORT DIVISION FAMILY JUSTICE COURTS The successful candidate will provide support to the Family Protection & Support Division within the Family Justice Courts.

What you will be working on

The key responsibilities / duties for this position are: • Provide operational support in Registry and/or Court Operations • Support Judges in court proceedings which include arranging/confirming hearing dates, booking and setting up of court rooms, engagement of relevant language support services and updating of Judge’s calendars. • Process high-volume online applications efficiently and effectively within timelines. • Handle court users, provide assistance relating to their applications and enquiries. • Handle day-to-day system requests, enquiries and issues received from government agencies/litigants/members of the public. • Support court users and parties on court fixtures and preparation of hearings & case conferences weekly. • Update and maintain documents, databases and systems (e.g. file classification, mail directives) to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines. • Participate in projects to improve existing workflows and update of SOPs. • Coordinate and work with multi-disciplinary experts from strategic partners and external agencies such as MSF and SPF in the holistic management of cases.

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience. • Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team. • Excellent customer service experience with members of the public and external stakeholders. • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). • Conversant in use of IT and related applications. The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance. Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
