We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and managing applications related to the registration of nurses and midwives, corresponding with various stakeholders, and providing crucial administrative support to ensure timely processing of applications. They will also be responsible to critically analyse each case, provide a summary Registrar/ Registration Committee’s discussion, drafting replies, corresponding with applicant and other stakeholders.

• Strong time management skills with ability to follow up on outstanding issues
• Proficiency in IT, including MS Office and basic data analysis
• Commitment to high service quality and standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service and case management abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity when managing sensitive data
• Resourcefulness, proactivity, and willingness to accept challenges
• Able to direct teams of officers providing first level of application processing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience
