- Manage and deliver strategic administrative and operational oversight for large-scale post-examination activities
- Conduct comprehensive exam system testing and business flow validation to identify areas of enhancement
- Drive process improvement initiatives through data analysis, workflow optimisation, and automation implementation
- Support operational excellence through data management, documentation creation, and stakeholder and examination workflow management

- Preferably a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in education sector or public administration
- Professional certification(s) in project management, process improvement, or quality assurance would be advantageous
- Experience with system testing and process improvements
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
