Snr Asst Exec / Exec / Snr Exec (Domain Technology & Logistics Management)

The Domain Technology & Logistics Management (DTLM) unit within the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is responsible for ensuring seamless operations in logistics, IT systems, and building infrastructure to support our checkpoints. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to manage logistics operations, IT services, and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring operational readiness and system reliability. The job holder will be deployed at Sea Domain checkpoints to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee tech refresh projects, and manage asset tracking, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the safe, efficient management of resources. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to be hands-on in a fast-paced environment while contributing to critical operations at the Sea Domain Checkpoints.

Candidates will be assessed for the either of the two roles below: [Senior Assistant Executive / Executive (DTLM) - Sea] • Ensure all armaments and armoury items are in order and in serviceable condition. • Ensure all records are accurate and updated. • Ensure armoury is kept clean and orderly. • Ensure all security measures relating to armoury, armaments, and armoury items are enforced. • Share best practices with all the DAOs in the Command / Division. • Ensure that the Working Instructions on armoury and armaments are updated and disseminated. • Work with the team that committed armoury or armaments lapses and ensure investigation, corrective and preventive actions are carried out. • Report DAOs who are observed to be incompetent to their CAO and Armoury Manager. What we are looking for: • Good oral/written communication skills • Good interpersonal skills • Able to work both independently as well as part of a team • Self-motivated, committed and responsible • Keen learner and has initiative • Able to prioritise and manage jobs assigned • Physically fit to handle firearms and related armoury equipment such as electrical tasers [Senior Assistant Executive / Senior Executive / Manager (DTLM) - Sea] • Manage logistics operations including assets tracking • Coordinate the issuance, return, and maintenance of Special Operations Equipment (SOE) • Liaise with vendors for logistics-related services and deliveries • Coordinate with the Facility Manager, Contractors and colleagues from HTX Building & Infrastructure (B&I) for building infrastructure works, building services and systems, and projects • IT system accounts creation • Maintain IT inventory, including issuance and retrieval of equipment and accessories • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for IT servicing, tech refresh deliveries, facilities maintenance and building works. • Liaise with internal / external stakeholders for projects and building works • Project and Contract management
