Manager/ Senior Manager (Talent Attraction and Development) (2-Year Contract)

What the role is

Reporting to the Assistant Director (Talent Attraction & Development) in the Human Resource Division, you will design, develop and implement talent, career development and employee engagement initiatives in MPA to ensure an engaged workforce.

What you will be working on

The key duties include: 
1.    Drive, manage and review talent management initiatives and programmes to enhance the capabilities and maximise the potential of officers for a high performing workforce. 
2.    Work with Senior Management and business partners on talent identification, formulation of individual development plans, posting plans and retention of our talent.  
3.    Drive career development initiatives to develop, engage and retain MPA officers and talents.
4.    Develop career pathways and related resources to guide officers and supervisors on career planning by articulating key experiences/ competencies at different career stages.
5.    Perform secretariat duties at the quarterly Career Development Committee.  
6.    As part of the Talent Attraction and Development team, you may also be involved in talent outreach events such as career and recruitment fairs.

What we are looking for

  • You should possess at least 3 – 5 years of working experience, with relevant experience in the aforementioned HR functions or Business Partnering. Knowledge in recruitment policy, sourcing strategies, career development will be useful. 

  • You should be a team player with strong stakeholders’ management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
