Manage manual reconciliations of staff leave application or claims Prepare and administer letters for existing staff Support in the preparation of HR communication materials to staff Support onboarding and offboarding processes Assist with ad-hoc HR projects or process improvement initiatives as directed (for example digitisation of files, records clean-up)

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: Qualification in Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong Excel skills for reconciliations Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or willingness to learn new systems quickly Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for manual reconciliations and data management Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
