Asst Regulatory Manager / Senior Regulatory Executive, Audit & Licensing Div

To provide support to Audit & Licensing Division (ALD) in managing critical external assessments through the maintenance of ALD’s certified quality management system in accordance with international standards and assist with mandatory digital transformation projects.

The Assistant Regulatory Manager / Senior Regulatory Executive will provide support to the Audit & Licensing Division (ALD) in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and managing regulatory documentation for upcoming high-stakes external audits/assessments. Key accountabilities include: 1) External Audit Coordination The candidate will provide support in the comprehensive management of audit logistics, including documentation compilation, stakeholder coordination, and post-assessment follow-up actions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 2) Digital Transformation Support Support mandatory digital transformation initiatives by facilitating smooth system migration and conducting thorough content verification in new platforms to maintain data integrity and operational continuity. Example include SharePoint to SG TEAMS migration, HSA website migration from Sitefinity to Isomer) 3) QMS Documentation and Compliance Support the maintenance and updating of QMS documentation, audit processes, and internal systems to fulfil obligations as a PIC/S participating authority, WHO-designated ML4 regulatory authority, and WLA member. This includes ensuring compliance with various internal and external audit requirements. 4) Administrative Coordination Provide secretariat support in management meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, and tracking of follow-up actions to ensure effective communication and accountability across stakeholders.

• Candidates without prior working experience are welcome to apply • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to support meeting documentation, including minute taking and follow up actions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities independently. • Positive, proactive attitude with strong organisational and time management skills • Exposure to a regulatory, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environment, and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems or audit related work, will be an advantage.
