What you will be working on

DSMP Secretariat for SportSG: • Coordinate DSMP-related work with MCCY relevant divisions. • Coordinate within SportSG entities on implementation of DSMP projects (PSCH, Calm Room, Staff Training, Gym-related programme, etc). • Track and collate progress of disability and inclusive sports programme expansion (PSA, Play-Ability, Play Inclusive, SSP/SEP in SPED schools) under DSMP2024 and existing initiatives. • Coordinate DSMP marketing communication requirements with programme/event owners, Branding & Marketing Division, and MCCY comms. • Stakeholders engagement for DSMP implementations. • Track and prepare progress reports for DSMP deliverables to senior management and MCCY SD. • Inclusive Sports website/portal update and management. Administration of Enabling Sports Fund: • Oversee the full grant lifecycle from application to closure. • Outreach and identify funding opportunities aligned to ESF objectives. • Coordinate grant proposal development and submission. • Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with ESF requirements. • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. • Liaise with internal and inter-agency project teams, e.g. finance, Strat resourcing, MCCY SD. • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all grants. • Conduct post-grant evaluation and reports. • Stay updated on grant regulations and best practices.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • Past experience in stakeholder management, project management, grant management related work. • An understanding of Singapore sporting ecosystem • A deep understanding of both the sports sector and disability issues • Experience in competitive sport and/or coaching is advantageous • Strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking for diverse stakeholder management • Excellent oral and written communication • Adaptable, resilient, and committed to promoting inclusivity in sports
