What you will be working on
Join our team as a Project Manager overseeing 3D geospatial web applications that enhance the accuracy of planning, and decision-making for urban underground infrastructure. You will work closely with users and engineering teams to gather and refine requirements, manage project scope, timelines, and delivery, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders and agencies. This is fast-paced, cutting-edge work where you play a key role in delivering digital solutions that have a real impact on safe and efficient city development.
• Orchestrating project execution: Lead end-to-end project management of a 3D geospatial web application with a team of software engineers, delivery on time, within scope, and within budget, while overseeing operations, business case development, and execution.
• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders and engineering team to understand business requirements, propose and deliver software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Updating and aligning Stakeholders: Provides clear updates on progress, risks, and changes, aligns stakeholders’ expectations, and escalates issues to keep the project on track.
• Ensuring Smooth Operations and Security compliance: Lead the engineering team and work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure smooth operations, proactively monitor progress, and implement timely security compliance fixes.
What we are looking for
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as an IT project manager with proven track record in delivery.
• Professional certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMP, or Certified ScrumMaster)
• Able to break down complex problems with meticulous attention to detail, identify root causes through empathetic understanding of diverse perspectives, evaluate multiple solutions, and proactively implement effective, efficient, and scalable technical solutions with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and effectively as part of a team environment.
• Adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn, thrive in fast-paced environments, and proactively solve problems whilst driving continuous improvement.
