What you will be working on

Support the division’s digital transformation and knowledge management (KM) initiatives through the implementation of automation and AI-enhanced processes: 1. Digital Solution Development and Testing - Assist in the hands-on configuration and testing of proof-of-concept (POC) automation tools and AI-driven solutions - Coordinate validation tests to ensure new digital tools meet the division’s operational requirements - Support deployment of low-code solutions designed to streamline manual information management and record-keeping workflows 2. Workflow Automation & AI Refinement - Assist in building and troubleshoot basic automation workflows using GovTech digital solutions (e.g. FormSG, RPA or low-code platforms) - Support refinement of AI-assisted tools to improve the accuracy of digital record appraisal and categorisation 3. Project Documentation & Quality Assurance (QA) - Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and usability trials to ensure new digital tools are reliable and user-friendly - Draft user guides and process documentation to facilitate the sustainable adoption of new tools by users - Maintain project timelines and provide regular progress updates to the project lead. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management - Coordinate and facilitate usability testing sessions and consolidate feedback from internal users to improve solution functionality - Assist in change management activities, including the preparation of training materials and administrative support for digital adoption

What we are looking for

We are looking for: - Poly graduate, university graduates or early career professionals with a strong interest in digital transformation - Candidates with a background in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Data Science or a related field Technical Skills: - Low-code interest: Basic familiarity or willingness to learn digital tools in automation and AI platforms - Process Thinking: Interest in business process improvement, data analysis and documentation - Problem Solving: Ability to break down a manual task into logical steps to suggest digital improvements Attributes: - Results-oriented: A mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes and tangible efficiency gains for the division - Collaborative & Proactive: Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment to deliver results - Adaptive: Comfortable with stakeholder management and supporting change management activities for new digital processes - Analytical & Meticulous: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, especially during system testing and documentation Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
