What you will be working on
As part of Human Resource (HR) team, you will drive the recruitment and talent management initiatives and be responsible attract the right and develop talents.
In this role, you will have opportunities to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to strengthen our employer branding and align with organisation strategies.
You will also work closely with relevant stakeholders on the implementation of the leadership and talent initiatives under the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP), such as the nomination and posting exercises, and deployment, among others. You will also facilitate the succession planning of key leadership positions in the MOT Family.
What we are looking for
• Singapore citizen with at least 3 years of HR experience
• Relevant experience in the public sector will be an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• A team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage people at all levels

There are four statutory boards which are established by Acts of Parliament: the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), the Land Transport Authority (LTA), the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and the Public Transport Council (PTC). The ministry also oversees the operation of the Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB).
