What you will be working on
You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Team to manage comprehensive end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes coordinating with hiring departments on job advertisements, candidate shortlisting, coordinating interview schedules, administering written assessments, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences. You will maintain accurate candidate records in our HR systems whilst ensuring data integrity throughout the recruitment lifecycle
A key aspect of your role involves leveraging technology to automate routine HR processes, reducing manual workload and improving accuracy. You will identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows, from initial job requisitions through to offer acceptance and final onboarding.
What we are looking for

• Tech-savvy, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
