What you will be working on
You will be responsible for the following:
- Supervise burial operations at the Choa Chu Kang Cemetery
- Perform duties during special festivals such as Qing Ming and Lunar 7th month
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the rollout of new systems involving after-death services application
- Attend to public feedback/enquiries
- Maintain office record/inventory
- Assist supervisor to perform administrative duties
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor
What we are looking for
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in customer service would be an advantage
- Willing to work in after-death care service environment
- Tactful, approachable and patient
- Mature, independent and resourceful
- Meticulous and ability to multi-task
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Able and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
