Finance/Senior Finance Manager (Financial Planning), Finance Department

As a Finance/Senior Finance Manager for the Financial Planning & Analysis Division, your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Jointly manage and coordinate the annual organisational budget process, ensuring timely completion and alignment with corporate priorities • Co develop, implement, and maintain budget policies, including budgeting approaches (e.g. zero based, driver driven) and key budget parameters • Partner with departments to guide budget justification, correct coding, and appropriate use of funds in line with financial policies • Ensure robust OPEX oversight by monitoring budget performance, managing variances, and delivering tracking and reporting that supports policy and operational decisions. • Drive continuous improvement in budgeting processes to enable efficient resource allocation, transparency, and agility • Take on ad hoc duties relevant to department needs

• University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business • Strong grounding in management accounting principles and financial analysis • A hands-on attitude with willingness to learn • Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
