What we are looking for
Media Sensing:
• Produce, collate and vet media analysis products by monitoring various media platforms including print, broadcast, online and social media. Competency in the Chinese language is a requirement.
• Put up reports and bulletin
• Guide and supervise a team in putting up analysis papers on topical issues and assessment of the media and media coverage
Media Ops and facilitation:
• Participate in media management and ops for national events and crises, e.g. National Day Rally, Elections, Papal Visit etc.
• Work within and outside departments on assigned projects.
Media engagement and cultivation:
• Oversee and participate in media engagement and cultivation projects or events, such as journalists visit programmes.
Multi-agency collaboration
• Oversee and participate in multi-agency projects that require inter-agency coordination and involvement
Supervisory and admin duties
• Supervise and guide a team of officers to develop their competencies
• Oversee admin matters such as organising division/department workplan seminar and retreat
Ad-Hoc projects
• Any ad-hoc project(s) as assigned by the Director
