What you will be working on

As Manager/Senior Manager, Risk Management Unit, you will report directly to Unit Head, Risk Management Unit and be part of a dynamic team in managing AGC’s finance and procurement functions to ensure prudent budgeting, expenditure and compliance with the Government’s Instruction Manuals (IM). Your scope of work will include a range of finance activities covering the following: • Coordinate AGC’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) efforts across the respective Divisions to ensure effective identification, governance and management of risks across the organisation. • Work with the respective stakeholders to continually uplift AGC’s ERM processes and framework, including developing appropriate strategies and action plans to mitigate the risks across the organisation. • Strengthen AGC’s risk culture through training materials and the upkeeping of the consolidated agency-wide risk register. • Supplement AGC’s Internal Audit efforts by performing data analytics and internal reviews to ensure compliance to relevant finance and procurement requirements. • Perform monthly exception reviews for various finance systems. • Coordinate AGC’s Internal / External Audits via the maintenance of Development Project Register, safekeeping and monitoring of Security Deposits and housekeeping of outstanding Purchase Orders. • Assist Unit Head in the day-to-day operations of the Risk Management Unit. • Assit Unit Head in the preparation of procurement documents for the appointment of Internal Auditors. • Liaise with Internal Auditors in the development of annual risk-based audit plans and the execution of the audit plans. • Preparation and presentation of relevant materials to AGC’s Senior Management. • Perform any other projects / tasks assigned.

What we are looking for

Requirements • Min. 2 years’ experience with NFS@Gov, Fi@Gov, HRP and/or GeBIZ. • Some experience in data analytics tools such as Tableau. • Strong numeral, analytical and communication skills. • Mature, well-organised, meticulous and resourceful, with ability to multi-task. • Ability to work closely with team and cross-functional across the organisation, engaging stakeholders and Senior Management.
