What the role is

• To work closely with CDCV Ambassadors (CAs) and COs to outreach to merchants/ hawkers/ heartland enterprises to join the CDC Vouchers scheme.
• To coordinate meetings and briefings/ trainings for merchants, hawkers and GRLs on the use of CDC vouchers system.
• To gather human interest stories.

What you will be working on

Roles & Responsibilities

As Outreach Managers, you will assist in the following:

Outreach 

  • Collaborate closely with CDCV Ambassadors (CAs) and COs to engage merchants, hawkers, and heartland enterprises for participation in the CDC Vouchers scheme.

  • Organize and conduct meetings, briefings, and training sessions for merchants, hawkers, and GRLs on the use of CDC voucher system.

  • Gather and compile human interest stories.

Finance

  • Handle payments related to CDC voucher scheme.

  • Handle budget planning.

Helpdesk

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for assistance, addressing queries from merchants, referrals from Community Centers (CC), and inquiries from residents and Merchants/Hawkers associations.

  • Collaborate with GovTech to follow up on technical issues and resolutions.

Others

  • Work closely with the Senior Manager and Assistant Director to build strong networks with the Merchants/Hawkers Association.

  • Handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches.

  • Involved in on-going taskforce meeting with GovTech for enhancement to system.

What we are looking for

Other Duties

  • Other ad-hoc assignments, duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.

  • Participate in cross-team building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Excellent proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in a second language (e.g., Chinese, Malay or Tamil) will be advantageous.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
