You will oversee the personnel management for the Military Expert population in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Command (UC). You are responsible to plan and manage the succession, manpower resource, performance management, and personnel development of Military Expert personnel in UC.

What you will be working on
- Plan and execute performance and talent management initiatives for Military Expert personnel
- Develop and implement career progression and development programmes
- Conduct succession planning and ensure manpower readiness across UC
- Liaise with different agencies in deploying innovative problem-solving solutions to address personnel management challenges

- Manage multiple priorities and work within tight deadlines in a dynamic operational environment
- Navigating the complexities of personnel management which encompasses many facets of human resource in a fast-paced military environment
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR management or equivalent capacity
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and resourceful with a growth mindset to drive for excellence and results
- Passion and resilience to make a difference in personnel management
- Deep understanding and knowledge of Personnel Management (PM) processes
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
