Wellbeing
• Conceptualise, organise and manage wellbeing related events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and event promotion
• Coordinate mental health workshops and training sessions
• Facilitate other wellbeing initiatives such as health screening services, flu vaccinations and Healthier SG to promote staff wellness.
Career Mobility
• Assist in the implementation of the career development framework for MDDI officers
• Support the design and rollout of communications campaign (e.g. EDMs, staff stories) to raise awareness of career opportunities within MDDI
Performance Management/Scheme Reviews
• Support the communication efforts (e.g. EDMs) to inform staff on the reviews and provide logistical support for briefing sessions
• Assist in annual ranking matters (e.g. formalise ranking arrangements with agencies)
Talent Management
• Assist in the refreshing of MDDI-family talent database to derive meaningful analytics and facilitate decision-making processes
Others
• Provide any other administrative support which the team may require
