What you will be working on
• Assist in sense-making work by analysing data and feedback from businesses and teams to identify areas of key review.
• Drive selected reviews and the development of frameworks to assess and reduce regulatory burden on companies while balancing trade-offs with other policy objectives
• Support the coordination of MOM’s pro-enterprise efforts by consolidating input on cross-cutting regulatory and operational issues that span across multiple divisions and agencies.
• Support MOM’s involvement in inter-ministerial meetings touching on whole-of-Government pro-enterprise issues.
What we are looking for
• Experience in working on operations or policy-operations within the government sector is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
• Good communicator with strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills
• Able to collaborate and work effectively in teams
