What the role is

You will be part of a team helping to drive and implement MOM’s pro-enterprise strategy and workplan. This work will support MOM’s mission to enable businesses to thrive and create good jobs for Singaporeans.

What you will be working on

• Lead a team to sense-make, strategise and drive MOM’s pro-enterprise efforts by identifying, prioritising and proposing key areas of review. • Engage with external and internal stakeholders on cross-cutting regulatory and operational issues that span across multiple divisions and agencies. • Develop frameworks to assess and reduce regulatory burden on companies while balancing trade-offs with other policy objectives. • Drive efforts to encourage, recognise and build capability for pro-enterprise ways of working across MOM. • Support MOM’s involvement in inter-ministerial meetings touching on whole-of-Government pro-enterprise issues.

What we are looking for

• Experience in working on operations or policy-operations within the government sector is preferred • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail • Good communicator with strong written, verbal, and inter-personal skills • Able to collaborate and work effectively in teams PWDs are welcome to apply
