What you will be working on
Overview:
As an Assistant Manager / Manager in the HR Talent Acquisition team, you will build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels to build robust candidate pipelines and conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure new hires possess both the required competencies and cultural alignment.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:
Talent Acquisition
• Drive the implementation of talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals to attract and hire quality candidates to support MSF’s manpower needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify talent trends and innovative recruitment approaches
Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership
• Build strong collaborative relationship with hiring managers across all departments and HR Business Partners to understand their talent requirements and provide expert recruitment guidance
• Provide insights and recommendations on job descriptions, compensation packages and hiring strategies that support departments’ talent search
Employer Branding and Events
• Plan, execute and contribute to employer branding events and initiatives to position the Ministry as an employer of choice
• Ensure candidates from the events and initiatives receive a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Process Improvement and Innovation
• Evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, tools and technology to improve process efficiency, recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience
• Leverage on emerging recruitment technology to maintain competitive advantage in hiring quality candidates
Competencies:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Functional/Technical Competencies:
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Preferably at least 2 years of working experience with relevant knowledge in recruitment and/or employer branding
• Experience in high-volume hiring
• Ability to understand current and future HR trends that may impact recruitment strategies
• Prior HR experience in the public sector and familiarity with recruitment technology tools will be an added advantage
Generic Competencies:
• Proactive attitude with results-oriented mindset and strong multi-tasking abilities to meet hiring deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to embrace change and willingness to innovate in recruitment practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates
