[LTA-LO] MANAGER, SINGAPORE RAIL ACADEMY (SGRA)

[What you will be working on]

As part of LTA’s dynamic team that develops and professionalises the local railway workforce, you will work closely with LTA Divisions and external parties on the development of partnership for training, assessment and certification of rail operations and maintenance. This will include conceptualising opportunities, initiating plans, organising meetings and detailing collaboration to engage relevant partners. The purpose of these partnership and collaborations is to bridge the gaps and to enhance the training and learning ecosystem in local rail industry. In addition, you will be involved in engaging consultancy services and facilitating workshops, analysing, recommending and developing training, assessment and certification solutions to meet a variety of training needs and learning styles.

[What we are looking for]
• Prior working experience in the areas of training and learning is preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, presentation, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills with attention to details

• Team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Have a passion for urban rail system and engineering issues
