Key Responsibilities
Drive bilateral engagements with foreign governments and industry partners to advance our "Four Switches"
Represent Singapore at ASEAN and other high-level multilateral forums
Develop and maintain strategic dialogues with international counterparts and international organisationsDevelop policy papers and policy positions for international meetings
You will have the opportunity to work on Lao PDR-Thailand-Malaysia-Singapore Power Integration Project (LTMS-PIP), the ASEAN Power Grid and key regional interconnectivity initiatives.

Essential Qualities
Strong analytical and organisational capabilities
Excellent communicator and team player
Experience in international relations and energy issues
Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural settings
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Law, Economics, Public Policy and International Relations
Understanding of energy policies and global trends
Project management experience
Proficiency in other languages is an advantage
