What you will be working on
Analyse international macroeconomic and financial developments, identifying potential risks to Singapore's financial system
Conduct regular surveillance of the Singapore financial sector, focusing on financial markets and non-bank financial intermediaries, to identify potential vulnerabilities and assess their implications for financial stability
Undertake research on financial stability issues, including special topical studies on the financial sector and markets in Singapore and regional economies
Contribute to international policy discussions on global and regional financial stability.
What we are looking for
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly in econometrics and data analytics
Comprehensive understanding of current macroeconomic and financial issues
Demonstrated experience in financial markets and products, particularly in derivatives
Excellent written and presentation abilities
Ability to produce timely analysis and research, both independently and collaboratively
Demonstrated interest in applying quantitative methods to macro-financial research
