What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in the following:
• Strategic Planning: Lead AGD's annual strategic planning cycle, including conducting organisational analysis, preparing workplan materials, organising management retreats, and facilitating planning focus group discussions to drive organisational goals and ensure structured long-term planning
• Organisational Development: Design and implement transformation initiatives that enhance employee engagement, promote the oneAGD culture, and support internal change management efforts
• KPI / KRM Performance Management: Develop and implement corporate performance metrics and risk management frameworks to measure and improve organisational effectiveness and efficiency
• Stakeholder Engagement: Organise corporate events, townhalls, and internal learning seminars to strengthen staff engagement and foster knowledge sharing across the organisation
• Serve as secretariat for management meetings, ensuring effective governance and decision-making processes
What we are looking for
Requirements:
(a) Functional/Technical Competencies:
• Tertiary qualifications in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for corporate planning and organisational development
• Fresh graduates may apply.

• People-oriented and able to foster good working relationships with stakeholders
• Good communication, organisational, analytical and project management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous, and able to multi-task
