You will be part of the Programme Office within CoachSG, supporting the efficient administration and coordination of coach development programmes and initiatives. Working closely with internal divisions, National Sport Associations (NSAs), and external partners, you will ensure the smooth implementation, monitoring, and reporting of various programmes that strengthen Singapore’s coaching ecosystem. In this role, you will: • Support programme administration, including selection and award management, documentation, and coordination of key processes. • Assist in financial administration and portfolio tracking, including budgeting, claims verification, procurement, and expenditure reporting. • Manage compliance and contract documentation to ensure alignment with governance frameworks and audit requirements. • Maintain programme databases and dashboards, supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate overseas coach attachment programmes, including documentation, scheduling, and liaison with host organisations to ensure successful placements and outcomes. • Support partnership initiatives with local and international organisations to facilitate collaborative programmes and coach development opportunities. • Assist in communications and knowledge management, including preparation of reports, presentations, and updates for the CoachSG website and publications. • Support event and meeting coordination, including SportSG events, team meetings, and cross-divisional projects.

We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. This individual should be a sport advocate who leads an active lifestyle and embodies the values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence. An ideal candidate should possess the following: • Background in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programme administration, project management, or operations, preferably in the sport, education, or public sector. • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. • Working knowledge of financial and contract administration processes. • Proficiency in data management, documentation, and reporting systems. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders effectively. • A resourceful, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with Singapore’s sporting landscape and coach development systems will be advantageous.
