What the role is

As an Assistant Human Resource (HR) Executive / HR Executive, Teaching Scholarship and Sponsorship in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will support the recruitment, selection and award of the Teaching Scholarships and Sponsorships, as well as the development, engagement and management of these teaching scholars and sponsorship holders during their tertiary education.

What you will be working on

• Provide good administrative, operational and logistical support to ensure smooth and efficient recruitment, selection and offer of suitable teaching scholarship and sponsorship candidates • Assist in the scheduling of interviews, as well as preparation and processing of documents pre- and post-interviews • Assist in the management of sponsorship, including administering sponsorship benefits, processing sponsorship requests, preparing sponsorship agreements, and updating of records • Provide support for the execution of the MOE Scholarship Ceremony, as well as developmental programmes such as school and HQ attachments • Perform duties such as reviews of work processes, providing administrative support and finance-related duties

What we are looking for

• Good interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills • Adaptable, resourceful and meticulous • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced working environment • Comfortable with handling different profiles of customers and stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with using IT systems As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
