Senior Executive - College Administration Services [ITE College Central]
What the role is
What you will be working on
You will focus on key areas including system enhancements, AI and RPA initiatives, as well as providing support for annual planning exercises such as the College and Division Workplans. Additionally, you will assist in leadership communications, develop presentation decks, and support staff learning initiatives.
What we are looking for
• Minimum two years of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong digital skills will also be considered)
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in AI-enabled digital tools and automation (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, RPA, Power Automate) for data analysis and visualisation, and in producing clear, concise meeting minutes and professional reports for management and committees
• Proficiency in AI-enabled graphic and presentation tools to create clear, accurate and professional presentation materials
• Adaptability, eagerness to learn and ability to manage multiple priorities
