Finance Manager (Financial Planning), Finance Department (Contract)

As a Contract Finance Manager, Financial Planning, you will work alongside the existing Finance team to provide additional capacity to support business‑as‑usual financial planning activities, while also contributing to system implementation and change management efforts arising from the adoption of a new central finance system. Your main roles and responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Support the management of development project portfolio, by providing accurate and timely reports and presentations of analysis of actual costs, estimates and variances. • Assist in the development and consolidation of the annual budget • Partner with departments and project teams to review and coordinate project proposal submissions • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues and support change management initiatives with the adoption of new finance system. • Provide additional capacity to support the implementation of digital and AI solutions, in alignment with ongoing transformation initiatives. • Take on ad hoc duties as required to support departmental priorities during this high-demand period.

• University degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business • Strong grounding in management accounting principles and financial analysis • A hands-on attitude with willingness to learn • Strong communications and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • This is a contract position with the potential for extension depending on departmental needs
