As the Manager/ Senior Manager, Humanities (Commerce) in the Humanities Branch of Curriculum Planning and Development Division 2 (CPDD2), you will support the Commerce Unit in resource development, professional learning, project management and general administration to support Commerce curriculum development and the Unit’s operations.

What you will be working on
• Provide comprehensive support for curriculum and resource development initiatives such as development of Interactive Digital Textbook (IDTs), Print Materials and Teaching and Learning Guide to support the teaching and learning of Commerce subject
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, plan and implement engagement sessions/ events or professional learning courses for the Commerce fraternity of teachers
• Support the Commerce Unit in implementing key administrative processes and managing budgeting and procurement of goods and services, which include working with vendors and overseeing and monitoring production timelines
• Support the development and implementation of strategic projects that advance the Unit’s objectives
• Provide end-to-end support in areas such as general administration and procurement, including the review and implementation of key work process to increase productivity and efficiency
What we are looking for
• Possess relevant training in Business, Entrepreneurship, or Marketing
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in at least one of the following areas:
o Curriculum development and educational resource creation
o Adult training planning and facilitation
o Finance and procurement
• A strong service-oriented mindset with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
• A team player with the ability to lead, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A resourceful, meticulous and self-motivated individual
• Strong collaboration skills
