As an Executive, Partnership in MOE’s Outdoor Adventure Learning Centre (OALC), you will be part of a dynamic team that supports the OALC Management in stakeholder partnership, including coordination and management of systems and events. You will work closely with schools, external partners and various stakeholders to ensure effective utilisation of OALC facilities and successful delivery of partnership programmes.

What you will be working on
• Manage the booking system of OALC facilities and equipment for schools and external partners, including coordination of stakeholder bookings, briefing and site recce
• Coordinate partnerships with Institutes for Higher Learning (IHLs) for student internships and career talks
• Facilitate coordination with local and overseas partners for staff attachment and exchange programme
• Organise public and stakeholder engagement activities to strengthen partnerships
• Support administration and coordination of key OALC events
What we are looking for
• Experience in events planning and coordination would be preferred, with outdoor adventure education camps experience being an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with stakeholders and involve them in co-creating solutions
• Good working knowledge of digital applications and systems for resource planning, deployment and stakeholder engagement
• Motivated and detail-oriented individual who can contribute actively to a dynamic team setting
