What you will be working on
Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead administration of SwimSafer finance and payment processes, including tracking of programme-related payments, verification of supporting documentation, coordination with internal finance teams and service providers as well as maintaining proper financial records.
• Lead administrative coordination for the SwimSafer Review Committee FY 2026, including preparation of meeting materials, collation of supporting documents, coordination of meetings, recording of decisions and follow-up on action items arising from committee discussions.
• Support the administration and operational coordination of the MOE SwimSafer remediation programme, including liaison with MOE schools and service providers on student registration, assessment scheduling, and related operational matters.
• Support the management of SwimSafer programme records and participant administration, including collation of assessment data, maintenance of programme records and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support for SwimSafer programme operations and aquatics-related activities, including management of stakeholder queries and coordination on operational matters raised by schools, service providers, and members of the public.

Requirements:
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active.
In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Min. 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for general administrative tasks.
• Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or swimming/aquatics.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders.
• Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail.
• Able to work independently
