As part of the Sectoral Transformation Group in IMDA, the SMEs Go Digital Division aims to help SMEs use digital technologies and build stronger digital capabilities to seize growth opportunities in the digital economy. SMEsGD manages CTO-as-a-Service – a one stop platform that helps SMEs go digital anytime, anywhere! The Marketing Comm team at SMEsGD helps to promote CTO-as-a-Service as well as digitalisation and its benefits to SMEs.
What you will be working on
Responsibilities:
- Ensure coherence of SMEsGD and CTO-as-a-Service messaging and narratives
- Develop and maintain SMEsGD content calendar
- Ensure constant stream of success stories, trends and engagement content
- Source for suitable SME profiles for feature on CTO-as-a-Service and with media publishers
- Execute content partnerships with media publishers for promotion of CTO-as-a-Service
- Vendor and stakeholder management
- Develop CTO-as-a-Service monthly newsletter – curate and source for content, monitoring of CTRs as well as eDM base opt in and drop offs (using Salesforce Marketing cloud)
- Develop strategies to ensure healthy base and ensure low opt out rates
- Management of publication of content on IMDA website and CTO-as-a-Service
- Implement, and execute key outreach events for SME Go Digital
- Execute administrative processes for marketing activities, which includes procurement of services, managing budgets and measurement of effectiveness of content developed and channels leveraged.
Requirements:
- Background in Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in content development/creation and/or digital marketing
- Good individual contributor and strong team player
- Ability to navigate, adaptable to changes, with strong ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of different content formats, with track record in developing content
- Experience in managing 3rd party agencies/vendors/suppliers
- Good writing and editing skills for content and website news stories.
- Good written and spoken communication, presentation skills.
- Resourceful and Creative - able to think out of the box to develop content and channel partnerships for reaching out to the different SME target segments.
- Prior experience in the technology or B2B segment will be advantageous
