Principal / Senior Manager (Strategic Coordination) – Blood Resources Division
What the role is
What you will be working on
- Coordinate and implement service transformation initiatives for blood collection services, translating strategic objectives into scalable, donor‑centric service delivery models using service design and data‑driven approaches.
- Coordinate capability development, change management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure transformation initiatives are effectively implemented, adopted, and embedded into operations.
- Coordinate and manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including governance, integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement aligned with transformation priorities.
- Support strategic contract management and vendor governance for outsourced blood collection services, ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Provide cross‑functional programme leadership, overseeing planning, risk management, performance monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of transformation milestones.
- Leverage operational data and analytics to support decision‑making, optimise service delivery, and capture best practices to strengthen continuous improvement and organisational capability.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, community services, operations, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in public service or healthcare settings
- Experience in strategic partnership management and external stakeholder coordination
- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex transformation programmes and cross-functional teams
- Experience in transformation initiatives at national or international level highly valued
- Familiarity with service design methodologies and citizen-centric planning approaches preferred
- Experience in contract management and vendor governance advantageous
