Senior/ Regulatory Manager, Enforcement Policy

• Formulate and implement enforcement policies and legislative proposal
• Present enforcement policy proposals and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Develop enforcement strategies that improve the authority's enforcement capabilities and effectiveness
• Conduct research and analysis on enforcement issues to support policy development and operational effectiveness
• Assist in developing and reviewing enforcement workflows and standard operating procedures
• Establish and maintain knowledge management systems and documentation processes to preserve institutional knowledge and promote operational consistency
• Identify gaps in enforcement framework, recommend solutions and plans, and supervise implementation to ensure successful execution of enforcement policies
• Provide operations support for investigations and enforcement activities

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in enforcement operation and/or enforcement policy development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to create clear policies and procedures
• Strong presentation skills for delivering policy proposals and recommendations to senior management
• Good project management abilities to handle multiple policy initiatives and operational support tasks

The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
