What the role is
What you will be working on
Data Collection & Management
• Review and develop structured approach on the collection of data arising from various activities and advisory sessions involving the Volunteer Career Advisors (VCA).
• Plan engagement of VCAs and their advisees to collect data and insights through activities such as surveys and focus group discussions.
• Collect, clean and validate the data.
• Create, maintain and enhance user-friendly interactive dashboard using data visualisation tools.
Data Analytics
• Analyse data for insights and trends to drive strategic growth of the VCA initiative, and support WSG’s mandate in driving Career Health.
• Present insights and analysis to management.
• Contribute towards a data-driven culture through knowledge sharing and best practices.
What we are looking for
• Proficient in data collection, analysis and visualisation.
• Working knowledge of Power BI.
• Proven track record in project and stakeholder management.
• Strong team player.
• Resourceful and adaptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in service excellence or customer relationship management (CRM) will be welcomed.
