What the role is

Manager, Human Resource

What you will be working on

The Manager, Human Resource is a generalist role supporting the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in delivering comprehensive HR services to SLF and its fund management subsidiary. This position concurrently serves as the primary HR partner for the fund management subsidiary.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the HR partner and the go-to person for guidance and solutions for people matters
  • Support employees through the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience throughout
  • Handle comprehensive HR operations including recruitment, payroll and benefits, performance management, training, and HR administration
  • Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
  • Handle other tasks and projects as required

What we are looking for

  • Strong HR experience across business partnering, employee relations, recruitment, and operations, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing organisational needs
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle HR challenges effectively
