This internship offers exposure to strategic process improvement, quality management, and business transformation initiatives. Key areas of work are:
A) Process Enhancement & Technology Integration
Work alongside internal teams and external technology partners to streamline registry workflows and enhance IP filing processes, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and digital transformation.
B) Quality Systems Review
Provide support for the review of existing quality management frameworks and procedural documentation, assisting in evaluating effectiveness and contributing to recommendations for operational excellence and compliance.
C) Business Process Implementation
Support the rollout and operationalisation of new business processes, including stakeholder coordination and change management activities.
