What you will be working on
- Lead the strategic IT transformation and enterprise governance initiatives across the organisation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Business-IT strategy that aligns with MINDEF's operational imperatives and digitalisation objectives
- Oversee the strategic planning, development and delivery of MINDEF's enterprise IT ecosystem
- Drive the coherent evolution of business capabilities, technology platforms and enterprise services
- Architect and optimise the IT operating model to enable organisational agility and effectiveness
- Ensure strategic alignment, resource optimisation and sustainable technology advancement across MINDEF
Challenge(s)
- Leading complex organisational transformation across multiple stakeholder ecosystems while balancing strategic vision with operational delivery in a rapidly evolving technology landscape
What we are looking for
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 15 years of relevant working experience in IT transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and IT capabilities and platforms
- Experience in developing IT policies, processes, standards, and procedures
- Experience in project management and digital strategy implementation
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
