What you will be working on
- Maintain accurate manpower data, track key appointments and coordinate with stakeholders to address manpower gaps
- Manage and resolve NS human resource and administrative cases
- Coordinate follow-up actions with relevant agencies to ensure timely case closure
- Assist in coordinating NS training workplans by compiling manpower and Human Resource (HR) data, supporting coordination milestones and tracking training-related administrative matters
- Analyse feedback trends and propose service improvements
- Engage NSmen during training activities

- Managing multiple HR and administrative cases concurrently in a dynamic NS environment with diverse stakeholder expectations
- Coordinating across multiple agencies and functional domains to achieve timely, accurate and effective outcomes
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience or knowledge in human resource administration, manpower planning, training coordination or stakeholder management is advantageous
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement and case management capability
- Sound judgement
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to be involved in engagement activities beyond typical office settings
