The job holder is responsible for assessing and processing various types of common requests from companies in a prompt and timely manner so as to meet the industry’s foreign manpower needs. He/she is also involved in ensuring efficient and timely service delivery to companies while contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental operations and knowledge management systems to optimise efficiency.

What you will be working on
• To assess and process various types of common requests from companies, which include handling quota requests for hiring of migrant workers, managing consents and seeking inputs from relevant agencies and companies where required.
• To handle ad-hoc complex cases and general enquiries from companies/ foreigners that are escalated through MOM communication channels and provide appropriate advice to customers.
• To develop and maintain SOPs related to assigned work areas and ensure that the background, policies and workflows are updated so that the team can be accessible to the most updated information when faced with enquiries or sharing purposes.
• To assist in User Acceptance Testing for system changes and raise discussion with relevant stakeholders to explore possibilities to digitalise existing manual processes (e.g. using Robotic Automation).
