Summons Handling process, including:
• Handle appeals from companies undergoing summons proceedings for non-compliance with statutory filing requirements such as Annual Returns, Annual Declarations, and Register of Registrable Controllers information
• Communicate with companies and directors regarding offer of composition and acceptance terms to facilitate out-of-court settlements
• Prepare and submit requests to relevant approving authorities for waiver of penalties and composition fees
• Prepare case reports and attend ex-parte hearings to represent the department's position as complainant
• Collaborate with the Prosecution Department to ensure timely closure of ongoing summons cases

• Professional qualification in any discipline
• Minimum 3 to 4 years working experience, preferably in the areas of compliance and enforcement
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, adaptable and a good team player with a growth mindset
• Advanced skills in Excel are preferred
