What the role is

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant/ Manager to manage and execute the creation and launch of HSA's new HR Manager's Portal through a focused 1-year contract position. This project-based role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR digital transformation while contributing to a meaningful initiative that will benefit HSA managers for years to come.

Working as part of a supportive HR team and reporting to the Principal Manager - HR, you will have the chance to develop valuable skills in digital project execution and user experience design while gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation. This contract position is specifically designed for someone who thrives in project-focused environments and values the opportunity to make maximum impact within a defined timeframe. If you're looking to broaden your exposure to digital transformation initiatives while delivering tangible results in a concentrated 10-month period, this role offers the perfect platform to drive meaningful change from concept to reality.

What you will be working on

Your main responsibility will be to support and execute the entire development of the HR Manager's Portal project. This means you will:

  • Support Content Development: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to curate, develop, and draft content for the Manager's Portal, ensuring it meets the practical needs of HSA managers.
  • Assist in User-Centred Design: Work with the team to apply UX design principles, helping to create wireframes and design solutions that deliver a positive user experience for managers.
  • Coordinate User Research: Organise and facilitate focus groups and feedback sessions with managers to gather requirements, test concepts, and collect insights for portal improvements.
  • Support Project Execution: Assist in coordinating the portal's creation process, working with technical teams and stakeholders to help ensure successful delivery within the contract timeframe.
  • Assist with Change Management: Support change management efforts to encourage Manager's Portal adoption across the organisation.

Additional Responsibilities

While your primary focus remains the Manager's Portal, you will also assist with:

  • Supporting staff communication efforts in collaboration with HR colleagues
  • Helping with the maintenance of existing HR Information Portal and AI Chatbot
  • Contributing to research on persona-driven HR services and exploring AI integration opportunities for future HR services

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years’ working experience with a relevant academic background in design, marketing, IT, Human Resources or related fields
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to support projects from start to finish
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to work independently
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with teamwork abilities
  • Ability to influence stakeholders around complex scenarios to support change initiatives
  • Understanding and appreciation of HR function's strategic and operational value to organisations
  • Mature and proactive team-player who can work with diverse stakeholders, including senior management
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to rapid changes in project requirements
