What the role is

This is an 11-month contract position as an Executive in the CET Academy.

The Executive is responsible for managing student placements, building relationships with employers and contributing to the overall success of Continuing and Training (CET) programmes.

What you will be working on

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage student placement programmes, ensuring effective coordination between students and employers
Coordinate and enhance placement process through strategic liaison with existing and potential employers
Assist students in understanding employer expectations
Track and report placement statistics and outcomes, maintaining updated records of all employer interactions and engagement activities
Support the delivery of workshops to enhance students’ employability skills
Support and facilitate placement drives to create meaningful connections between students and prospective employers
Undertake additional tasks & projects as assigned by management, contributing to the broader objectives of the career services department

What we are looking for

A Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Fresh graduates with relevant skillsets and a positive service orientation will be considered.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
