What the role is

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive (Operations) to support the planning and delivery of events and official engagements, organised by the Ministry of Law. This role focuses on end-to-end logistics coordination and operational support, ensuring that all engagements – both local and overseas – are executed smoothly and professionally.

What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate logistics for a range of engagements, ensuring all operational and administrative matters are handled efficiently, including: - Conferences and events - Industry engagements - Visits by overseas delegations - Bilateral meetings • Manage end-to-end event logistics, ensuring smooth and professional execution at every stage, including: - Travel arrangements - Venue sourcing and liaison - Catering and refreshments - Procurement of gifts - On-site coordination and day-of-event support

What we are looking for

This is a contract role. *Key Competencies Required* • [Programme Implementation]: Ability to coordinate and deliver programmes effectively, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met • [Project Execution]: Strong planning and execution skills for events and engagements • [Project Timeline Management]: Ability to manage multiple timelines and competing priorities • [Resource Management]: Efficient use of resources to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines *Work Experience / Personal Traits* • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in events, operations, or logistics coordination • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Resourceful, responsive, and able to anticipate needs on the ground • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working under tight timelines • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and stakeholders • Prior experience in coordinating travel, hospitality, or official engagements will be an advantage #LI-SW1
