What the role is

As a senior manager/manager in the Ops Tech branch, you will be part of the team supporting the planning, delivery and maintenance digitalization projects / products / initiatives etc.

What you will be working on

You will support team leads and be given responsibilities to lead tasks across key areas of work, including defining the product vision and conducting periodic reviews of ACE digital products. These products encompass systems supporting migrant worker operations and well-being, such as the Recreation Centre Management System for end-to-end RC management, Ops Management System and inFORM/inFORM2 for ground operations and incident response, Onboarding and Primary Care System for migrant worker support, and mobile applications like FWMOMCare and interfacing eServices. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between users of ACE digital products from within ACE Group, broader MOM, and external agencies, including dormitory operators, employers, and other stakeholders in the migrant worker ecosystem, and the implementation team of business analysts and developers, working collaboratively with the implementation team of business analysts and developers to discuss user stories and develop solutions that meet business requirements whilst supporting ACE's mission of monitoring, planning, and supporting migrant worker operations. Additionally, you will leverage data integration and analytics to strengthen early issue detection and operational readiness, manage the product backlog for digital products with a focus on proactive and data-driven approaches and prioritise features for implementation that enhance migrant worker well-being and compliance monitoring, oversee interfaces and links with other MOM systems and external agencies, and manage resourcing including budget allocation for digital products to ensure effective delivery and operational excellence in supporting the migrant worker ecosystem.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Technology related discipline is preferred. • Resourceful and resilient with capacity to manage stressful situations • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
