What you will be working on
You will be responsible to:
- Coordinate with facilities users, cleaners, and contractors for building maintenance
- Escort contractors and oversee contractor activities
- Maintain neat and tidy work environment
- Apprise Head of Department and Facility Management team of facilities issues and progress
What we are looking for
- Physically fit
- Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends when required
- Works well with people and able to organise tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to travel between locations (mainly Biopolis, occasionally Clementi and Ang Mo Kio)
