Assistant Executive (Facility, Safety and Quality Department) – Contract

What the role is

We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for laboratory facility management support. You will work with facility users, cleaners, and contractors to keep facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly

What you will be working on

You will be responsible to:

  • Coordinate with facilities users, cleaners, and contractors for building maintenance
  • Escort contractors and oversee contractor activities
  • Maintain neat and tidy work environment
  • Apprise Head of Department and Facility Management team of facilities issues and progress

What we are looking for

  • Physically fit
  • Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends when required
  • Works well with people and able to organise tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Basic computer skills
  • Willing to travel between locations (mainly Biopolis, occasionally Clementi and Ang Mo Kio)
