The Singapore Police Force is developing a brand new data-sharing interface to strengthen sensemaking and information sharing within the government, and thereby enhancing Singapore’s collective response against money laundering and terrorism financing risks.
NAVIGATE – National AML/CFT Verification Interface for Government Agencies Threat Evaluation is a whole-of-government (WOG) interface that aims to facilitate more timely and more comprehensive sensemaking of money laundering and terrorism financing risks across government agencies.
As a System and Project Development officer, you play a critical role in driving the development of the system, its roll-out and the regular review of the system and its workflows, ensuring that it meets operational and sensemaking needs across agencies.
You will be placed under the Commercial Affairs Officer Scheme.

What you will be working on
Your key responsibilities will include: -
• Leading stakeholder engagements to gather system requirements, manage and balance diverse stakeholder needs, and translate them into development plans
• Overseeing system development and enhancements, ensuring project milestones are achieved and compliance with Government directives and standards are maintained
• Defining scope and requirements, managing budgets, and coordinating user testing
• Establishing guidelines and workflows in collaboration with partner agencies to enable effective system utilisation
• Monitoring project progress, steering development direction, and providing regular updates to senior management and committees
What we are looking for
Join us as a Staff Officer (System and Project Development), if you possess the following:
• A recognised fields of studies in any discipline
• Ability to work with diverse partners across government and private sector
• Diligent in project management, with good time management for tracking timelines and milestones
• Strong verbal and written command of English
• Innovative, flexible, and strong problem-solving skills to adapt to evolving environments
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in IT project management is preferred
• Knowledge of or experience with business intelligence tools, rules engine tools, or business process management tools will be an advantage
